For years we've travelled and learned the art of cooking great BBQ. From dry rubbed ribs in Memphis to Carolina pulled pork we've tried it all! In 2013 we made out way south to Georgia where we had a custom grill built to allow us to prepare the most delicious and authentic southern style BBQ.
We always source the most local ingredients possible and cook all our foods over hardwood fires.
The cuisine of the south has inspired our catering menu.
A Southern Creation
The Ramblin' Pit cooks on a reverse flow smoker designed by Bubba Grills out of Haddock, GA.
Bubba is a Memphis in May Champion rib cooker and pitmaster. Since purchasing the pit in 2012 we've mastered our craft, offering incredible BBQ.
We are equipt to cook whole hogs (up to 120 lbs) as well as ribs, chicken and pork for events up to 250 people.
