Whole Hog BBQ
Slowly smoked all day long! We provide a local farm raised pig, show up first thing and cooked until tender. The entire animal is carved and best served with our signature BBQ sauce. 
St. Louis Style Pork Side Ribs
Tender side ribs trimmed a slowly smoked. Served with The Ramblin' Pits special Apple BBQ Sauce.
Applewood Smoked Pulled Pork
Slow smoked pork shoulder, cooked under tender and juicy and pulled. Piled high on a fresh bun and served with our signature Apple BBQ Sauce. Add BBQ Beans and Coleslaw to the sandwich! 
Grilled Chicken
Whole chickens, spiced just right and smoked using a mixture of apple and cherry wood. Served naked with a choice of sauces on the side. 
Baltimore Style Pit Beef
Cooked hot and fast to medium/medium rare over coals and hickory wood. Served on a bun with onion and a touch of horseradish mayo (optional).
Smoked Sausage
Enjoy on a bun or just as is! A mild Italian sausage cooked and smoked over coals. Order as a main dish or appetizer. 
Smoked Turkey
A holiday favorite! We smoke our turkeys using cherry wood. They are perfectly seasoned, cooked and carved! 
Country Boil
A great appetizer or main meal. A southern favorite, we boil corn, potatoes and shrimp in a blend of spices, add smoked sausage and pour the entire meal out for guests to feast! It's a truly unique meal and experience. 
Grilled Shrimp
A great accompaniment to any backyard BBQ. Seasoned, grilled and served on skewers.
